I provide weekly and twice a week individual psychodynamic, relational psychotherapy. After our phone consultation, if it feels like a good fit between us, we will first meet to discuss what is bringing you in to therapy. Through our work together, we will then assess how your presenting concerns came about, what your goals might look like, and how therapy can help you gain insight into yourself and the relationships around you. I highly value collaboration in therapy, which will help us figure out how to best meet your needs as they arise. My hope is to help you process different emotions and experiences as they are related to your presenting concerns so that you can make deep, lasting changes in your everyday life.
